Tickets now on sale for Canada-Chile rugby qualifier

Tickets have gone on sale for the rugby World Cup qualifying game between Canada and Chile at 5 p.m. on Oct. 2 at Starlight Stadium in Langford.

Fans can go to the Rugby Canada website, rugby.ca/en/tickets or Ticketmaster.

It is the opening game of the second-round, two-game, total-points set between Canada and Chile with the second game Oct. 9 in Santiago, Chile.

Canada lost to the U.S. while Chile lost to Uruguay in the first round of regional qualifying for World Cup France 2023. The loser of the Canada-Chile set will be eliminated. The winner will stay alive and advance to a repechage qualifying route to the World Cup.
