Victoria HarbourCats catcher Tyler Pettit tags out Bellingham Bells baserunner Malcolm Moore at home plate during Game 1 of their West Coast League North Division first-round playoff series Tuesday night at Wilson’s Group Stadium at Royal Athletic Park in Victoria. The Bells got the last laugh though, downing the HarbourCats 8-2. Game 2 of the best-of-three series goes tonight in Bellingham. If needed, a third game would be played in Bellingham on Thursday night.
