3 p.m. on (29) Movie: Man of Steel.

Superman’s saga is rebooted by director Zack Snyder (“300”) in a visually stunning 2013 reimagining with a darker tone than the Christopher Reeve adventures ... not a surprise, since the producers include Christopher Nolan, who made Batman “The Dark Knight.” Henry Cavill assumes the role of the Krypton native who comes to Earth, as does an enemy from his home turf: General Zod (Michael Shannon). Amy Adams, Russell Crowe and Kevin Costner also star.

6 p.m. on (26) Movie: Trainwreck.

During a phenomenally successful year for her, comic Amy Schumer brought her comedy to the big screen when she teamed with director Judd Apatow for this 2015 blockbuster. Schumer, who also wrote the screenplay, stars as a journalist who takes a brash approach to romance until she starts getting serious with a sports doctor (Bill Hader) she’s writing a story about. Basketball icon LeBron James (as himself), Tilda Swinton and Brie Larson co-star.

9 p.m. on (36) Movie: Raise a Glass to Love.

Jenna (Broadway star Laura Osnes), who aspires to be a master sommelier, returns to her family vineyard to study and gain some workplace experience in this 2021 romantic comedy. Soon, however, it’s not just the wine she finds intoxicating, as Jenna grows intrigued by the natural methods — not to mention the devastating charm — of the handsome Argentinian winemaker Marcelo (Juan Di Pace). Reallife master sommelier Jennifer Huether, a consultant on this TV movie, also has a cameo as herself.
